Yes. He and Coleman would be devastating . The contract would be the big issue
Hell no, Gordon is overrated, extremely overrated. San Diego knows what's up... Breida is a better back IMO.
Brieda is not a better back than Gordon I have no idea what you're talking about. That being said, it's hard justifying paying a RB the kind of money he wants.

honestly it's not gonna happen BUT I wouldn't hate it...I'm all for bringing in better players. I don't see SF trading for him AND giving him the contract he wants.

Exactly. He has 38TDs the last three years. He would do really well here, but he'd cost too much to get, and too much to keep

Yeah him and Coleman would be amazing, I think a 3rd, Brieda, and maybe Armstead would get it done but like all has said giving him a 4 yr $40 million contract would be tough tho cutting McKinnon next year would lessen the blow..I'd be very happy with or without the trade honestly, I think a healthy Breida is electric in the scheme.,

I'm told one team has been in preliminary communication with the #Chargers in attempt to vet out a potential trade for 2015 1st-round RB Melvin Gordon, per source.

Not for a 1st round pick they're not. (Then again I don't know that) As of matter of fact though, I don't think any team would trade a 1st round pick for a RB right now, especially now Shanahan.
The Chargers are reportedly looking for a 2020 first-round pick, which would be a ton for a team to give up just for the rights to pay Gordon a market value contract. With the Chargers also unwilling to negotiate with Gordon in-season, it appears that Gordon is left with two options. He can either sit out until Week 10 and lose $330,000 each week, or he can show up and play under his current contract. Gordon is expected to miss Week 1 and has threatened to sit out longer, but it's anyone's guess on if he'll continue to sit out. In the meantime, Austin Ekeler will be an RB2/3 in fantasy with Justin Jackson rotating in.

I didn't think Tunsil would cost multiple 1sts either
But I agree, that's a bit much and it makes it look like LAC are really unwilling to move him. They don't want to pay him like a guy that is worth a 1st rd pick but that's what they want in return.
