Chris Harris to 49ers rumor | Page 2

Heard on the radio that the Broncos are shopping Chris Harris because he wants a new contract and they evidently don't want to pay it. Rumored destination was 49ers. Harris was ranked as the #3 CB in the league by PFF before going down with an injury with a fractured fibula. He's going to be turning 30 in June.

This would be a stellar move. Even if we had to give up a pick.
He was PFF's #3 corner last season.
K'Waun Williams was #59. (Which was above-average)

Varrett, Sherman, Harris, Williams is the sickest CB lineup in the league.

That would pretty much put Williams on the bench until Verrett gets hurt. But Harris and Sherm on the outside and Verrett in the slot would be amazing. But I don't think we are gonna make a move for him.

Living in Denver it sounds like the Broncos have no intention of trading him since the return will likely be about what they got for Talib. Elway has said after thevdraft hevwill work on extending Harris. Doesn't sound like he's going anywhere.

I'd Trade them- K'Wuann Williams (he'd replace him anyways), one of these WR's ; Trent Taylor, Richie James, or Kendrick Bourne, and a day 3 pick in next years draft.
