If there's legal merit to the accusations he will be out of the NFL for a very, very long time. Possibly multiple years. His 2015 arrest will absolutely be factored in.

His talent certainly would help any team. PR wise, it would be a nightmare if the allegations are true. Niners just lost a top pick in Foster to DV. Plus Denise D is still the owner, I don't think she would allow the signing. She would be in the right to refused.
