Cleveland needs a franchise QB, not more picks. They have a ton already. You don't pass on having first choice in drafting a QB in favor of a RB in a RB loaded draft.

He literally included a 1/3 of the league in this rumor....lol
I'm hearing that if Leveon Bell wasn't franchised tagged 29 teams including the 49ers would have been interested.

And they're still without a franchise QB and can't guarantee they'll be in position to grab one next year and beyond.
If they pass for a RB, they're bigger fools than I thought. Their new front office can't keep making those same kind of moves that got them in this position.
