None of it has to do with Fisher?

So that doesn't count? You only get to choose what's happening now?

He hasn't done s**t, the moves now hasn't won s**t !

Lol you have to question people's football knowledge with these posts right?!

Exactly. That's why I don't give such posts the time of day. Not worth a response.

So your argument is that he sucks because one of his picks isn't in the league anymore? I just posted the draft picks that have been big for them.

Lynch wasted a 4th round pick on a RB who didn't play a single snap (I'm not buying he had a season ending injury) and who quit football, wasted a 3rd round pick on a noodle arm scrub QB, and wasted a 4th round pick on an undrafted RB who isn't on the team anymore.

That doesn't make Lynch a bad GM.

The homerism is strong on this board. No one can keep it real here for some reason.

Lol you think it was one bad pick? A #2 pick was off the team like 2 years later... That is brutally bad. He has plenty of awful, awful picks. You can make the argument that the Rams have had some of the worst draft classes in the nfl during his time. That is why they never sniffed the playoffs until last year (which is 100% on mcvay)

Just hilarious to see everyone bash Baalke (and rightfully so. Dude was a cancer) and yet they are treating Lynch as if he's the second coming of christ. Dude has no GM experience but somehow he's a god on this forum. Cracks me up. Trust me, I'd love for Lunch and this entire team to dominate the league. But this still too early. The roster isn't good enough and their moves in FA show that Lynch isn't looking to win now.

Well since the Super Bowl the team has handed out over 140 million in guarantees so I disagree on the idea that Lynch isn't "looking to win now". I think I'd rather strap in for the long haul versus tryin to hit a 2-3 year window like the Rams are setting themselves up for.

Lynch has been doing this for one year and the jury is out. However, in that one year, he has appeared to turn over (by far) the worst roster in the league, found a franchise QB and has us setup for the long haul.

What has les snead done in 6 years as GM? 1 winning season, 0 playoff wins. If Lynch has 1 winning season and 0 playoff wins after 6 years he should be fired.

Nah, the GM that signed Webster and Robey Coleman, who were beasts on defense, and signed Woods while letting Britt walk. He also brought in Wade Phillips, who is vastly superior than Saleh, and traded peanuts for a pro bowl CB and landed Talib. They're also on the verge of potentially landing another huge defensive peice in Suh.

But yea, keep fabricating those false narratives to support your bias.

lol, wut? The only reason Wade Phillips is with the Rams is because Elway lost his mind and Phillips and McVay share a personal connection as McVay and Phillips' son are BFF's.

Their new stadium is scheduled for 2020, that plays a part in having a winner ready on occupancy to fill the luxury boxes.

Ok? And Snead brought in McVay. What difference does it makes?

Shanahan > McVay
Lynch > Snead

6-10 is a winning season?
