Emmanuel Sanders

Agree, that's a lot of bodies but I'd say only Jacobs has a shot at the roster (#6?). I have no problem adding Sanders if he's cheap enough.

I'd be happy with:
Crabtree, Boldin, Sanders, Patton, high pick rookie, Baldwin/Jacobs/Osgood.
Crabtree, Boldin, Patton vs 1st/2nd, loser of 3, Baldwin/mid rd, Osgood/Jacobs.

I think we should re-sign Osgood for ST purposes and if it means getting rid of Baldwin than I am fine with that if he doesn't improve. We could probably wait until after the pre-season if we wanted to before we signed Osgood. See how it all goes and if there is room for him.

#Chiefs trying to wrap up a 3-year deal with Emmanuel Sanders this morning. If sides can get a deal contract guarantees could be near $10M

It's about the Benjamin's with Sanders deal. #49ers willing to pay more guaranteed dollars for his services than the #Chiefs. Not good sign.

Neither team nor player's agent will confirm, but Broncos are expected to sign former Steelers WR Emmauel Sanders, per league sources.
Don't forget the draft some of those guys will be cut on that list there is no sure thing because sanders is visiting!!!!

Of course they are since the Broncos have unlimited cap resources it seems.

No way we willing to guarantee him more than 10 million.
This "League Sources" guy sure is giving out mixed signals...

SF, KC, and DEN are all signing Sanders?

Yeah no way we're in the running for that type of money. If the guarantees alone are $10 mil, then the total contract is probably around $20 mil. No thanks, moving on.

Emmanuel Sanders remains in Kansas City right now tonight, spending his second night in Kansas City, according to a source
If they're aggressive on Sanders, you have to wonder if they view him as a contingency plan for Crabtree leaving. I'm not saying Sanders is as good as Crabtree, but I can't help but make that connection.
So did Sanders sign with the Broncos? What the hell is going on

According to Schefter they agreed to terms on a deal. Not sure if that means he's officially a Bronco.

no terms. Just that they are "expected" to sign him.
Another swing and miss by our FO.

Why do we even bother with these visits? I know they stick to their budget, but we cant rely 100% on the draft.

How are they relying 100% on the draft? Signed Bethea, traded for depth at OL and QB, signed depth at CB, in the hunt for depth at WR and CB via FA.....

Sanders was/is a long shot to come here unless we are genuinely going to use more 3 WR sets I'm surprised Sanders even bothered to officially visit us considering he was "thrilled with Jacksonville" and "really loved it there" yadayadayada.
