seahawks have agreed to a 5 year deal with wr sidney rice

Wow. That's a tremendous signing for them. Plus, he's played with Tarvaris already so there is some chemistry there.

Rice, Williams, and Tate -- A true number one, a big possession guy for a number two, and a blazing slot guy for a number three. That's a nice trio if they can stay healthy and Jackson can manage games well at QB.

That signing also leaves Minnesota with a gaping hole at WR. Harvin and Berrian missed too much time last year to be relied on. Vikings need to sign a top-tier WR now.
Sidney Rice gets five years, $41 million with $18.5 million guaranteed from the Seahawks.

Rice is the man with the 4-way hips
Free agents this year are getting majorly paid. Guess it makes up for all the money the rookies lost. This signing worries more than TJ Housh but they still need a QB.

Edit: Well I guess Jackson is decent and him and Rice worked well together. I am more scared of them this year than last.

That being said if the lose Mebane that would almost cancel out this signing.

Wow that's quite the deal for them. I thought he would get around 10 million per.

If Hasslebeck was still there I would be but with Tavaris at QB
The seahawks are making the right moves
Andrew Luck/ Barkely is going to have a very transition period after Seattle bombs it this year.
