MaioccoCSN Matt Maiocco Source tells CSN Bay Area that 49ers will release QB David Carr on Thurs at 1 pm. Carr was scheduled to take up $2.375 million in cap room.

Yea it was just sad that people actually wanted Carr in the game. That chant should never have been heard.

I made sure to make fun of every person in my section after we got Carr in the Carolina game. I would point and laugh at them and say "You were cheering for Carr ".

I was at a bar heckling some dude that had been chanting for him. Then, I made fun of his Barlow jersey he was sporting. I was not in a good mood that day.
