depending on what he signed for we may not have missed out....i think we should have went after him but not for top dollar which the skins probably gave

So they paid 5.2 a year for him. Why couldn't we have made this move? Maybe we tried? Is that a lot in cap terms?

Anybody who gets cut can sign any where they want. I believe we can sign our own players up until midnight tonight or maybe midnight tomorrow since they extended the dead line.

I think OJ is similar to Goldson who I guess we want to keep. OJ is probably better in coverage and gets more turnovers but he still is a bit of liability in coverage. As for the contract 26 million over 5 isn't that bad considering Rolle got 5 year 37 million. I would probably pay Goldson like 12 over 5, maybe 15. That being said he could probably get 18-20.

If nothing else the OJ signing should bring down Goldsons contract demands. I was really high on him pre 2010. I honestly dont know what to think about half our players.
