Groves should have never played in a 4-3 base D at the NFL level, period. It was idiotic to think he could succeed at that position given his intangibles and strengths.

Aren't they playing a 4-3 this year. I read in an article somewhere where Mclain was talking about adjusting to a 4-3 defense.

I think they are, and I think he'll still be out of position at that spot.

Denver will be 3rd cause they arent any good and they lost marshall. They lost 6 straight games last year i think. Good teams dont do that.

Neither Oakland or Denver are good teams! But notwithstanding this signing I have great confidence in the Raiders ability to suck. They'll only get of the bottom because of KC which is a damn lucky break for them

Very good move for Oakland, though I'm still wondering how the D-Line is going to hold up for the entire season due to their age. Nonetheless, good pickup.
