Why Not Chris Houston

WTF do his combine numbers have to do with anything?? If he didn't suck, he wouldn't have been traded for so little.

His numbers just weren't that impressive I guess. But then again, stats aren't everything. He could've fell out of favor with the coaching staff in Atlanta because of lack of work ethic or something. Also, Detroit is desperate for secondary help. Not a big deal that we didn't get him though...

He's pretty good in Madden.

He has the power and speed to be a decent corner. Could have atleast helped in the return game

Seriously? For me he sucks. He has 92 acc, 90 speed, 65 catching, 68 tackle, and only 62 awareness. He has a low-70's overall, at least in '08 he does.

I play with the Falcons in Madden 10. I haven't played in a while though, so his rating may have gone down in a roster update.

I blitz alot, and he ends up getting 1 or 2 picks a game. And he's fast.

That makes sense. I do fantasy drafts a lot, so he usually ends up being my 3rd or 4th corner, and I'm too lazy to move him up on the depth chart so he usually doesn't play much.

In madden our fastest corner is 87 and thats dre bly. We need to get a speedy corner with 90+.
A 6th rd pick isnt a huge risk on a guy who got the skill sets. Im not sayin Houston woulda been the answer. But we need that speedy cb

He is a solid player with good strength and speed. He can definately help with special teams. He is so young he may develop to be our #1 or #2 corner.

From what I gather from other MB the falcons say he doesn't look for the ball and is atrocious. They basically say getting a 4th for him (when he was rumored to the lions I believe) was a huge steal.

He is really agressive so he tends to bite on a lot of fakes! but if we can maintain a good pass rush he will make a break for some interceptions.

I think he'd thrive in a Cover-2 system that wouldn't make him have to be a one on one corner. He'll do okay in Detroit, but only b/c he's gonna have a pretty good front 7 to help him out.
