Richard Marshall CB - 2nd round tender

Not sure if this has been posted. Apologies if it was. Panthers have applied 2nd round tender on Richard Marshall. That's crazy IMO. Marshall is a pretty good starting CB and is just entering the prime of his career. The guy is 25 yrs old. He covers above average, and tackles extremely well. I hope we sign this guy to an offer sheet and make it hard for Panthers to match it.

I could of sworn this was a brandon marshall thread. Who is this guy? Ive never heard of him.

solid starting cb who came outta fresno st a few yrs back. has great size like mccoughlan likes

Yea, he is a pretty good player. Many people were surprised that he received only a 2nd round tender.
