I'm not saying he hasn't changed, but can you imagine Davis holding his tongue if TO popped off? Davis is strong, but TO is strong and agile.

Anyways, the thought of Crab, Vernon, To and Gore gives me goosebumps (is that one word)?

T.O. lived through Trent Edwards, Ryan Fitzpatrick, and got the 3rd lowest amount of Receptions in his career (30 his rookie year, 47 the year he got suspended by the Eagles). I never heard him complain this year. If VD can be a changed man, Terrell Owens can be too.

Who do you double against Owens and Crabtree, with Morgan in the slot? The safety can't help on the Receivers if we have Vernon in running a route, and the D definitely can't stack the box against Frank Gore with them all on the field.

If we realize that it is TO circa 2010 (14 years in the league) then yes. Ala Isaac Bruce 2 years ago. It's been 14 years since TO was a rookie and TO has not aged well as a WR.

He can, however, add impact on name alone as long as it doesn't detract from Crabs, VD, Morgan, Delani, and Hill

TO is done and the sooner he realizes that the sooner at team will take him on as a mentor.

Agreed, and he isn't going to detract from anyone, because Morgan isn't that good, and he wont detract from Hill, because if Hill hasnt already gotten PT with our receivers, TO wont do anything to change it. Crabs is #1 no matter what, and he plays another position than VD and Delanie..

We haven't had a big, strong receiving threat since....well, since TO. Crabs is strong, but he isn't the tall threat that we have been lacking. Antonio Bryant was the only thing close, and he wasn't even that great. Even at this age, TO can still contribute in a big way IMO. He's still a threat, he just plays on an even worse offense than ours (if you can believe it).

as for him being a distraction, the media doesnt even care about his antics anymore. Just as much as he has fallen off as a receiver, the same has happened with his attitude and distractions..

Dallas without TO is going places. That is right.

TO was the best wr they had, but he did not help the team--in fact, you might say he leaving was a blessing for the Cowboys.

T.O. is done. we have Crabtree and Morgan who i think are considered our future for a while. we also have Jason Hill who for some unknown reason gets little to no playing time even though i think he's better than Morgan, Jones who cant get open when he does get some playing time and arnaz battle who year in and year out is slated to get replaced but he always makes the team. if they can get out of Jones' deal they should cut ties with him and get a legit speedy receiver/return man like Jordan Shipley on the second day of the draft. Battle may actually get cut this year because he was barely used this year but if we want an older receiver i would keep battle over T.O., he's younger and he has better hands. we are finally looking good at receiver, i dont think we should regress and bring in an old, past his prime T.O.

I definitely want TO, sign Reggie Bush too and then draft Trent Williams and Mike Lupati. Our offense and return game then would be f**king insane

Can't really say Gore has better hands than them when he mostly catches dump off passes. Gore does not run medium to deep routes enough to be saying he has better hands than them.

I would welcome him back, but he must understand he wont be the #1 option in our offense, if he feels he needs more touches than Davis and Crabtree in the passing game, then let him stay on the streets.
Plus he needs to come in at a reduced rate to pay us back, because he left in the prime of his career and we got Brandon Whiting and a 4th rounder in return ..Big woop, we got robbed..T.O could make it right, but I have a feeling he will pull an "Iverson" and expect to come in and get the lions share of passes thrown his direction.

T.O. would not even be no. 1 with Lions, that is Calvin Johnson. Owens is just going to accept the fact that he is older now and not a no. 1. And if he wants to be on a winning team, with a shot at the Super Bowl, he will have to tow the company line, or get cut. He is looking at just a 1 year deal no matter where he goes. He can still contribute and make plays and I would welcome him here.
