1st and foremost:
Offensive Line:
Jahri Evan or Marcus McNeill both Veteran OL that would help solidify the line - pay them the damn money.
Then:
Pumping up the LB Core
Grabbing either of the LB's from across the bay Howard or Morrison would be an upgrade at LB as well.
3rd:
Pass Rusher
Peppers if CAR lets him go or Kyle Van Don Bosch from TEN - Difference makers on the DL for sure.

We could definitely use an upgrade at OG and RT.
NT: The Pats are positioned to move forward without Wilfork and we still haven't made a commitment to Franklin, even though the team praises his play. I think Scott is going to make a strong push for Wilfork this offseason.

If the Patriots traded away Seymour to clear cap room, don't you think they'd be in position to resign Wilfork now?

This. We get a RT, OG, and NT. All good quality players who won't be franchise tagged.

I don't mean financially. They resigned Mike Wright and then drafted Ron Brace and Pryor.

I would prioritize getting either Merriman or Peppers, both of whom I think will hit FA. I could be wrong about this but I don't think rookies generally contribute as 3-4 OLBs and we desperately need a proven pass rusher. Merriman should be fully recovered, and Peppers is pretty damn good despite all the flack he takes for being inconsistent.
I do know that offensive linemen generally have a good track record of being able to play right away as rookies.
Would like Atogwe, but I think a guy like Berry or Mays could step in right away and contribute as well.

Marcus Mcneil for any amount of money. Vincent Jackson also. 6'5" and 240 lbs. and he can run at WR. Him and Crabtree would be amazing. Jackson is open even when he is covered. All you have to do is throw it up in the air. Dummerville would be great but he will cost too much and probably get the Franchise Tag. Sproles is a heck of a return guy too. Plus a 3rd down back. He's great and underrated.

If the Chargers let anyone hit FA it's gonna be Merriman imo. Either way, any of their guys would be great.

2 of the guys who will still be FA from the Pats are Kaczur and Neal on the OL. They have a lot of guys to keep, like Wilfork. You got to figure we'll be able to sign one of these guys.
