I wouldnt go that far, he is a short yardage receiver and rarely gets seperation after the catch, adding him will not improve the offense, Spurlock and Hill are far more explosive and I would take Battle over Wade everytime...

Numbers don't lie. He's a short yardage receiver? What's Battle, Hill and Spurlock? They haven't done sh*t in this league and he has with terrible QB's throwing to him.
We don't have time with the o-line right now for any deep threats (if you can call Hill and Spurlock that).

The only reason Wade was cut is because the Vikings are looking to toss the long ball this year with Favre. They'll pound and pound with Peterson and then toss the long ball to Berrian, Lewis or Harvin.

Bobby Wade started 14 games compared to Jason Hill's 2 started games, and even then his numbers do not stand out from Hill's (same # of touchdowns). Battle's career high is better than that of Wade's career high. And unless you're saying Alex Smith, Tim Rattay and Shaun Hill are legit NFL Starting QBs, I'm not sure where you're going with this.
