Haha yea it's mostly luck but there is a sliver of skill involved too
I think the only real "luck" is in scheduling. And perhaps injuries. But even injuries (1 or 2) can be overcome with "skill". You have proven that over the past few years.

Whenever you have head to head matchups there is going to be a ton of luck. The best decider of who the best team is is total points scored. Obviously injuries will be a huge factor in this as well just like in real life. But typically the teams with the best overall rosters are at the top in points scored.

And this comes from someone who has been very successful in fantasy sports.

I should clarify. Head to Head leagues is what I consider luck. I am in a ROTO league for baseball, and that absolutely takes a ton of skill. But head to head, its all about matchups, who meets expectations in any given week, who stays healthy for any given matchup, etc.
And yes, one year in the league, one championship!!!

When Ronald Jones is the first RB you pick, I'm not sure you can moan about luck!

Or it's a Tuesday football game everyone else can enjoy .... except Viking / Falcons FF owners that have to sweat bullets hoping the game is on

Yea, Kirk was supposed to fill in on Brees Bye week versus a nice cushy ATL defense. Had to pick up Dalton to not have to sweat bullets. Also had to drop my Younghoe

You completely missed the entire point of my post, but that's ok.

I like it better than spending $41 on a guy who will be a backup rb soon and part of a 3 way timeshare.

Welll that's some potential good news. Just tested positive for Covid. I think you should just let me win this week. /s
