Waiver wire period is anytime a player is dropped and/or Wednesday morning.

For instance Joe Burrow was dropped and you can claim him by bidding. Wont be processed until Saturday morning though.

After you hit the claim it will ask you to pick a player to drop. Then ask fir an amount to bid on.

And yes $100 for the entire year

The last 2 were my moves. I had to bid Gaskins that high because i put in for Hines($79) and had 2 openings. I truly thought 79 would get Hines and didn't want he and Gaskins. So bid high on Gaskins to not allow me to have both he and Hines.

As for the $11 wasted on Teddy.... that's water under the bridge.
