2 QB - 10 Team League Draft Strategy

Hey everyone, I'm doing a 2 QB league for the first time and I have the 2nd pick in the draft. What's the best strategy in this type of league? Take a top QB (Rodgers/Luck) or go for a stud RB? Is Bell worth it at 2 even with the 2 game suspension? This league is a 10 team league with 2 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX, 1 DEF, 1 K and 6 BENCH. 4 points for QB TD, 6 for RB/WR TD and .5 PPR. Appreciate the help. Mike

You might still be able to get a top-5 QB with your late 2nd round pick but I'd be tempted to take Luck at 2 in this format

Take two qb's right off the bat then a top WR or pass catching RB with your 3rd pick.
