Im taking over an ok team in a 10 team league. Whats great is that i have #2, #9 in the first. #2 (12) in second, and #2 (22) in third.
Best impact player i have is lacy and i could gain the 5th overall for him.
What would you guys do with your new team and who do you target at #2 overall.
Im targeting tevin coleman with my first pick...
Overvalueing him??

Thats fine for some but rankings will be fluctuating up and down the board. Some fantasy drafts are held right after the NFL draft. Dynasty leagues with active players means there is no offseason. And that is just what i have.
The college players coming in are the only power that some s**tty teams have. And i inherited that. With a June draft coming in my first dynasty, id like to know others' thoughts on their own experiences even if it doesnt pertain to my team directly.

that's fine, I get that, I still can't tell you squat about Coleman though because I don't know what team he's going to. Without that info it's really tough to discuss any players in the NFL draft right now.

It looks like the top two for me would be Gordon and Cooper. Does anyone see more value of Kevin White than Cooper in fantasy because of his quarterback and other factors.
I draft 2nd and really like Cooper with Derek Carr

agreed on all points, Gordon is the #1 rookie and I do like Cooper better than White (though it's close)

Is it a rookie only draft?
My top 10 personally are
1. Gurley
2. Cooper
3. Gordon
4. White
5. Agholor
6. Abdullah
7. Coleman
8. Yeldon
9. Parker
10. Dorsett
Dorsett might not have the opportunity to produce right away, but give I'll gladly take a 1st round talent at WR with Luck passing to him at #10. He's my dynasty draft crush this year, I'm targeting him in all dynasty leagues
I also wrote that list from the top of my head so hopefully I didn't forget anyone

We had our draft. The top 12:
1. Gurley
2. Cooper (me)
3. Parker
4. Gordon
5. White
6. Agholor
7. Perriman
8. Yeldon
9. Coleman (me)
10. Duke Johnson
11. David Johnson
12. J. Allen (me)
My last pick was Langford at pick 22.
I think I did well. I got exactly everyone I wanted except for missing out on Gurley going #1.
I couldn't trade down at 12 so I stayed with Allen since he's a bigger version of Forsett and Forsett is 30 years old anyway.

I would really like guys opinion on Duke Johnson. Is he a 3 down back? If not, he doesn't bring good dynasty value in Cleveland

I'm not a fan just because of the crowded backfield. I personally thing Isaiah Crowell is the most talented RB there. I would've definitely took Coleman over him like you did, without a doubt. Looks like he will be the starter there and Shanahan does wonders with young RBs all the time. I took him at #9 myself in a dynasty league.

Picked up Agholor at 5 I think, in a PPR, pretty happy about it.
Also kinda ripped off a guy in a trade, I'm almost feel bad. Traded a 2nd for Allen Robinson and a 3rd

Man, i love Dynasty.
There are so many stud players filling the top 100. Do you guys in Dynasty Startups feel comfortable selecting a second year player like Beckham or Evans with your first rounder, or do you guys lean on the proven older guys first like Charles or Calvin?
I have the number 1 pick in a Dynasty startup, and if i cant trade back to 3 or 4ish, i have to decide on Beckham, Dez or Luck (6 points passing). Those are my top 3
