Officially 3rd, but will essentially se #2 targets. With that said, if you take him over Josh Gordon I fear for your sanity. I have Heyward-Bey slightly above Patton, but can see an argument either way.
Josh Gordon is a candidate to put up WR1 numbers in fantasy. Don't sleep on him

I would wait until he is proven to be a decent fantasy player over those 2.

Picked him up in the 20th round in 2 of my leagues. One I had to write him in. I project this to be the steal of the draft.

He played 1 snap. I can see why people would want to drop a #1 WR like Josh Gordon for him.
