Alex Smith will be a top 10 QB next year

I know I sound like a homer and frankly I would wish we could upgrade at the position (I am not a Smith fan but I will root for him as long as he is a Niner) but we probably won't but here is the evidence.

1. Singletary will stick with Smith because if we draft a rookie we would take a step back and Mike will not do that and there is little to no options in free agency

2. Since Smith will be the de facto Quarterback, they will move to a more "patriot style" shotgun spread offense to make Smith and the rest of the offense more comfortable because it fits our personnel They will stiill run some traditional sets but look for of what has made our offense successful this season...

3. Crabtree is the real deal and with a off season he will be even better. He will open things up for the rest of the offense including opening up Vernon Davis and Gore even more.... This gives The QB even more options....

4. The offensive line will be upgraded if it means draft signings or replacing the coach... Singletary does hold his coaches accountable.....
