According to Matt Maiocco's blog, newly acquired wide receiver Darrell Jackson had workout bonuses added to his contract.

The rest of the contract remains the same (listed below).

$3.25 million in 2007
$4 million in 2008
$4.75 million in 2009

Five San Francisco 49ers players earned performance-based bonuses, per a report from NBC Sports Bay Area. They include linebackers Fred Warner and Dre Greenlaw, and defensive backs Jason Verrett and Tarvarius Moore. One offensive lineman, Daniel Brunskill, also earned the additional pay. Matt Maiocco has the breakdown of how much each earned via the performance-based bonuses. The NFL Management Council released Performance Based Pay for the 2020 season. Details emerge on Zach Kerr's one-year contract with 49ers

Last week, the San Francisco 49ers signed defensive lineman Zach Kerr to a one-year deal. OverTheCap.com provided the contract details, for those who are interested. Kerr's deal includes a base salary of $1.075 million with a signing bonus of $50,000 and a total per-game roster bonus of $87,500. $200,000 of the deal is guaranteed. There is only a $971,094 salary-cap hit due to the veteran salary benefit that was part of last year's new collective bargaining agreement. It allows a team to offer a one-year deal to any player with at least four credited seasons at a reduced salary cap

ESPN's Jordan Schultz recently reported that the New England Patriots are no longer pursuing San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. Of course, watching John Lynch and Kyle Shanahan being chatty with Bill Belichick and Josh McDaniel at Alabama's pro day on Tuesday is enough to create more speculation. What were they discussing? Was it where they got their morning coffee? Was Belichick sharing where to obtain golfing attire? Did Garoppolo's name come up at any point during the socialization?
