Jul 20, 2016 at 10:33 AM--

San Francisco 49ers WR Torrey Smith and his son TJ are back at it with the cuteness. On Wednesday, Wide World of Sports posted video of Smith working out and TJ showing some fancy footwork of his own.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, Smith posted videos on Twitter of his workout at FootDoctor Sports with TJ watching and then taking part.

You may remember Smith's son doing "The Whip" last year or picking up his dad's spirits following a loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

Smith is expected to be the 49ers' number one receiver this season. The team reports to training camp on July 30 with their first practice taking place the next day.

A Son's Niner Memories

By Matthew Mani
Sep 11, 2020

My dad passed away three weeks ago as of the writing of this article. It was sudden and unexpected, and the result has been a gaping chasm in the foundation of our family. My mom, brother and I are still processing, as are my kids, my brother's kids, all of our extended family, and scores of friends. I thought about the upcoming season, the fact that it might actually happen, and that the Niners will have a chance to make another run at the Lombardi while their window of opportunity stands wide open. Generally, I would have been pumped, because football season is my favorite time of year. I have

The San Francisco 49ers running back knows that losing on Sunday to the Arizona Cardinals was a disappointment, but he and his teammates aren't dwelling on it. "For me, personally, I think that game just kind of woke the beast up a little bit as far as where we want to go," Mostert said. By David Bonilla
Sep 17, 2020

The San Francisco 49ers being able to convert third downs wasn't the only thing noticeably absent from Sunday's loss against the Arizona Cardinals. Head coach Kyle Shanhan's red hat from last season, dubbed by fans as the "Shanahat" was also nowhere to be seen. The headwear had been a good luck charm during the 49ers' incredible run that ended just short of a championship. Shanahan had wanted to ditch the red hat but his wife would not allow it. Shanahan joined KNBR on Thursday and was asked if he feels that making the switch in headwear contributed to the 49ers' bad luck in the season-opener. "No, I definitely didn't," Shanahan responded with a laugh during the Tolbert, Krueger & Brooks show. "I didn't think about my hat. I had a
