CB Dontae Johnson limps off following 49ers practice

San Francisco 49ers CB Dontae Johnson limped off the practice field following today's practice, which was open to the media.

Johnson reportedly got tangled up while played right cornerback and went down with a left knee/leg injury and needed assistance getting off of the field.

The extent of the injury is not yet known.

Kyle Shanahan didn't sound too concerned about Jordan Reed's injury after the San Francisco 49ers' 36-9 victory over the New York Giants. He was optimistic that his tight end didn't suffer any long-term damage, noting that the 49ers would learn more tomorrow. Reed appeared to roll his ankle during the first quarter but returned in the second.
