Aaron Lynch being evaluated for a concussion

Earlier in the game, San Francisco 49ers DE Quinton Dial collided with LB NaVorro Bowman, who was forced to leave the field to be checked for a concussion. Bowman returned to the game in the second half against the Chicago Bears.

Dial impacted another teammate in the third quarter. This time, it was LB Aaron Lynch, who is also being checked for a concussion. Lynch was taken into the locker room for evaluation and is questionable to return.

TE Vance McDonald also left the game with a possible concussion and has been ruled out. LB Michael Wilhoite is also out with an ankle injury.
