Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee reports that San Francisco 49ers C Daniel Kilgore was not elevated to the 53-man roster. The 49ers had until 1 PM on Saturday to activate him and make him eligible to play against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.
Kilgore is still on the PUP list with next week remaining a possibility for a return.
He opened the season on the PUP list after suffering a broken left lower leg more than a year ago.
