With his team losing 29-3 to the Pittsburgh Steelers, San Francisco 49ers RB Carlos Hyde may not return to the game.

Hyde suffered a concussion during the third quarter of the blowout. He appeared frustrated while speaking to head trainer Jeff Ferguson on the sideline. He was then walked to the locker room. The good news is that he was able to walk on his own. Hyde is questionable to return to the game.

Mike Davis has replaced Hyde at running back.

Earlier in the game, TE Vance McDonald (knee) was injured and did not return. He was replaced by Blake Bell.
