For our Australian fans that are following the rookie season of former NRL star turned running back and return specialist, Jarryd Hayne, the following is the local schedule for San Francisco 49ers games.

Most of the team's games will be aired on the Seven Network. All times are AEST.

Monday 28 September: 49ers v Cardinals at 6.05am
Monday 5 October: Packers v 49ers at 7.30am
Monday 12 October: 49ers v Giants at 11.30am
Monday 19 October: Ravens v 49ers at 7.30am
Monday 2 November: 49ers v Rams at 5am
Monday 9 November: Falcons v 49ers at 6.05am
Monday 23 November: 49ers v Seahawks at 8.30am
Monday 30 November: Cardinals v 49ers at 6.05am

49ers shine on defense despite being without seven starters

Among the most impressive facets of the back-to-back wins the 49ers have posted against the Los Angeles Rams and New England Patriots over the past two weeks has been the play of their defense, which has been able to shine even without seven projected starters due to injury. The 49ers have been banged up on the defensive line for most of the season, with Nick Bosa (torn ACL), Solomon Thomas (torn ACL), and Dee Ford (back) among those who have been on the sidelines. They've also been without cornerback Richard Sherman, who has been out since mid-September due to a calf injury. Injury-ravaged 49ers own the toughest remaining schedule in the NFL

Tankathon ranks each NFL team's remaining schedule based on difficulty. Right now, at the top of the list are the San Francisco 49ers, who own a strength of schedule (SOS) of .698. Much of that has to do with having two division opponents — the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams — twice each on the remaining schedule.
