49ers activate Deommodore Lenoir off COVID list as three practice squad players are added

The San Francisco 49ers announced that they have activated cornerback Deommodore Lenoir off the reserve/COVID-19 list. The team had six players on the list last week. All except Lenoir were activated in time for Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams. Although, cornerback K'Waun Williams did not yet feel well enough to play, and was inactive.
