Josh Dubow, of the Associated Press, reports San Francisco 49ers RB Maurice Hicks (ankle) sprained his ankle Week 3 and will be probable for the Week 4 game.

RB Frank Gore (abdomen) will be questionable for Week 4, according to head coach Mike Nolan.

TE Vernon Davis (leg) suffered a cracked bone in his leg and is expected to miss four weeks. Davis said he bruised his calf in practice during the week and believes the bruise could have contributed to the injury.
