Free agent cornerback Eric Wright has re-signed with the San Francisco 49ers today according to a picture posted on the player's Instagram page. He signed a one-year deal.
In August of 2013, Wright signed a one-year deal with the team. He appeared in seven games where he had an interception and two passes defended.
Terms of the deal are not yet known.
With Carlos Rogers being released earlier today, Wright is the most likely player to play at the nickel cornerback position.
