Greg Beacham, of the Associated Press, reports San Francisco 49ers WR Taylor Jacobs (hamstring) suffered a strained left hamstring during the team's Week 2 game.

OG Justin Smiley (shoulder) suffered a sprained shoulder during the Week 2 game.

DL Ronald Fields (shoulder) suffered a stinger in his right shoulder during the team's Week 2 game.

PFF ranks 49ers' Brandon Aiyuk as the third highest-graded rookie through Week 10

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk owns an overall Pro Football Focus grade of 79.0. That's good enough to rank him as the third highest-graded rookie through Week 10. 49ers 'OK' with Takk McKinley's failed physical last week

Takkarist McKinley failed a physical with the Bengals this week, prompting Cincinnati to waive the defensive end after recently claiming him.
