Greg Beacham, of the Associated Press, reports San Francisco 49ers WR Taylor Jacobs (hamstring) suffered a strained left hamstring during the team's Week 2 game.

OG Justin Smiley (shoulder) suffered a sprained shoulder during the Week 2 game.

DL Ronald Fields (shoulder) suffered a stinger in his right shoulder during the team's Week 2 game.

Jeff Wilson Jr. is headed to injured reserve this week after suffering a high-ankle sprain on Sunday against the New England Patriots.
