49ers sign safety Chad Williams

While drawing out the battle plan for the NFL Draft, the San Francisco 49ers quietly signed a safety according to Matt Maiocco of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat. The 49ers have agreed to terms on a one-year deal with free agent Chad Williams of the Ravens.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
