49ers agree to terms with Brett Swain

According to Rep 1 Sports' Twitter account, the San Francisco 49ers have agreed to terms with wide receiver Brett Swain.

Swain was a member of the 49ers last season and spent his previous two seasons with the Green Bay Packers. He has 8 career receptions for 87 yards.
