Blake Costanzo has two offers from other teams

Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee is reporting that San Francisco 49ers linebacker and special teams star Blake Costanzo has two offers on the table. Neither of those offers are from the 49ers.

It appears unlikely that Costanzo, who is a fan favorite, will return to the 49ers.

49ers place Elijah Mitchell on injured reserve, announce other roster moves

The San Francisco 49ers have officially placed running back Elijah Mitchell on injured reserve, as expected. Mitchell sustained an MCL sprain during the first half of Sunday's matchup against the Chicago Bears. He left the game and did not return. On Monday, head coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters that Mitchell would miss about two months and was headed to injured reserve. He will be able to return once healthy. "Not going to need surgery, but it's going to be some time," Shanahan said. "He'll end up going on IR here. ... We're estimating about two months, eight weeks, give or take a few. So hopefully, it goes well, and it's earlier, but you never know

The San Francisco 49ers have officially placed QB Trey Lance on injured reserve. On Monday, the quarterback underwent successful surgery on his ankle at Stanford Hospital, repairing a fibula fracture and ligament disruption. The injury occurred early during Sunday's 27-7 victory over the Seattle Seahawks. "Lance will start the rehab process, and head team physician Dr. Tim McAdams is confident that he will recover completely in time for a full return in the 2023 season," the 49ers said via a statement. Lance appeared in only five quarters this season, completing 15 of his 31 pass attempts for 194 yards and an interception. He also had 16 carries
