The 49ers signed Bolden (6-2, 205) to the practice squad on December 10. Before joining San Francisco, Bolden spent the first two years of his NFL career with the New England Patriots, who selected him in the seventh round of the 2023 NFL Draft out of Jackson State.
During his time in New England, Bolden appeared in 14 games, recording nine total tackles. He was part of the Patriots during 2025 training camp but was released on August 22.
