Quarterback play
Mac Jones finished with a 75.9 offensive grade, the seventh-highest among his offensive teammates and his second-highest of the season (81.1 in Week 3). The 49ers quarterback completed 17 of 26 pass attempts for 152 yards with one interception.
By comparison, Falcons quarterback Michael Penix Jr. finished with a 59.3 offensive grade after completing 21 of 38 passes for 241 yards with a touchdown.
Highest marks
The game's highest grade went to wide receiver Skyy Moore, though his 91.4 offensive grade came on just three snaps. He finished with one catch for 15 yards.
The next-highest grade went to 49ers tight end Luke Farrell, who earned a 90.8 grade in 22 offensive snaps. He caught one pass for 11 yards and posted an 83.5 run-blocking grade, the fourth-best of the game.
Linebacker Tatum Bethune, filling in for the injured Fred Warner, earned the fourth-highest defensive grade on the team (79.3).
Blocking
The game's highest-graded offensive lineman was center Jake Brendel, who earned an 83.2 grade before leaving with a hamstring injury. He was replaced by Matt Hennessy, who posted a less-impressive 66.6 offensive grade and the second-best pass-blocking grade (74.4) on the team.
Left tackle Trent Williams led the 49ers in pass blocking (80.1), while right tackle Colton McKivitz earned the game's top run-blocking grade (88.8).
The lowest-graded 49ers offensive linemen were guard Nick Zakelj (46.8), who played four snaps, and rookie guard Connor Colby (49.6).

Rushing
McCaffrey also led all running backs with the best run grade (77.1) and an overall offensive grade of 81.4. He carried 24 times for 129 yards and two touchdowns.
Falcons running back Bijan Robinson finished with 40 rushing yards on 14 carries and 52 receiving yards on six catches, earning a 58.8 run grade and a 69.5 offensive grade.
Pass rush
Defensive end Bryce Huff was the 49ers' highest-graded pass rusher (84.3). He and Sam Okuayinonu each recorded five pressures and were responsible for the team's two sacks (one each).
Rookie defensive end Mykel Williams posted the lowest pass-rush grade (45.9).
