Despite playing only in the first half, linebacker Fred Warner earned the highest overall grade of the game. His 96.6 defensive grade in Week 4 marked a career-high, surpassing his previous best of 95.8, achieved just two weeks ago against the Minnesota Vikings. Warner finished Sunday's contest with seven tackles, an interception returned for a touchdown, and a pass defensed. His 83.1 run defense grade and 94.0 coverage grade were also game-highs. On the season, Warner holds the highest overall grade (95.9) of any player in the NFL on either side of the ball.
Defensive end Nick Bosa led the game with seven pressures, contributing five tackles, including one for a loss, a sack, a quarterback hit, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery. His 91.0 pass-rush grade ranked second only to teammate Sam Okuayinonu (91.0), who made the most of his limited snaps.
Okuayinonu, promoted from the practice squad on Saturday, made an impact with three pressures on 10 pass-rush snaps. He also tallied two tackles, one for a loss, a quarterback hit, and a forced fumble across 19 total snaps.
Cornerback Deommodore Lenoir posted the second-highest coverage grade on the team, trailing only Warner. He allowed just three catches for 23 yards on six targets and broke up a pass. Patriots quarterback Jacoby Brissett recorded a 59.7 passer rating when targeting Lenoir. The cornerback's 79.2 defensive grade was his second-highest of the season (81.8 in Week 3).
Isaac Yiadom, who had struggled in recent weeks, earned an 81.8 grade, making him the highest-graded cornerback in the game despite limited action. He was targeted once but did not allow a catch. His 82.2 coverage grade was the third-best on the team.
Defensive end Leonard Floyd generated six pressures, second-most in the game, while his 75.1 tackling grade was second only to Warner's 81.1.

On offense, rookie guard Dominick Puni earned the highest grade (85.8) of the game. Along with tackle Trent Williams and center Jake Brendel, he did not allow a single pressure. Tackle Colton McKivitz gave up one pressure, while guard Aaron Banks allowed a team-high four.
While Puni earned the highest pass-blocking grade of the game (88.4), McKivitz led with an 83.3 run-blocking grade. It was his highest run-blocking grade of the season, and his 82.1 offensive grade was also a season-high.

Wide receiver Jauan Jennings was the highest-graded pass-catcher in the game (83.0), finishing with three catches for a game-high 88 receiving yards. Jennings now leads the 49ers with 364 receiving yards this season, and his 87.9 offensive grade ranks fourth among all NFL wide receivers.
Tight end George Kittle earned a season-high 80.3 offensive grade with four catches for 45 yards and a touchdown. Kittle's 76.7 offensive grade this season is the third-highest among NFL tight ends.
Quarterback Brock Purdy threw for 288 yards and a touchdown but completed a season-low 55.6 percent of his passes. His 73.2 offensive grade was his second-lowest of the season (61.2 in Week 2).
Running back Jordan Mason rushed for 123 yards and a touchdown, marking his third game this season with over 100 rushing yards. However, his pass-blocking grade of 2.7 dragged his overall offensive grade down to 66.2.
Wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk caught two passes for 48 yards. While his production was modest, his 72.6 offensive grade was his highest of the season.
