According to Matt Barrows of The Athletic, Gray was not seen during the team's Wednesday practice session, making it clear that he will remain unavailable for the remainder of the postseason.
No Danny Gray at today's practice. Today was the last day to activate him from IR, so now he reverts to the reserved/injured list.
The 49ers made Gray a third-round draft pick out of SMU in 2022. His only career reception came during Week 14 of his rookie season.
Gray's next opportunity to return to the football field will come during the 2024 season.
