The San Francisco 49ers have released the list of inactive players for their Week 13 matchup on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles. These seven players will not suit up for the game.
Although the 49ers officially designated Arik Armstead as "questionable" for the Eagles matchup, the defensive tackle asserted that he would take the field this weekend. He missed practices on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday before being a limited participant on Friday.
San Francisco also listed running back Jordan Mason (hamstring) and wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud (rib) as "questionable." Mason is active, while McCloud is not.
On Saturday, the 49ers promoted two players, wide receiver Chris Conley and safety Erik Harris, from the practice squad, making them available for the game. The team's depth at safety had suffered in recent weeks, with starter Talanoa Hufanga succumbing to a season-ending ACL injury and backup George Odum suffering a torn biceps. Odum was also a key contributor on special teams.
This past Monday, the 49ers activated defensive lineman Robert Beal Jr. from the injured reserve list. However, he is inactive.
