San Francisco is coming off a 31-13 victory against the Seattle Seahawks on Thanksgiving night. The offense was led by RB Christian McCaffrey, who rushed for 114 yards on 19 carries and registered two rushing touchdowns. WR Deebo Samuel added a rushing touchdown and tallied a team-high 79 receiving yards on seven receptions. QB Brock Purdy completed 21 of his 30 passing attempts for 209 yards, including a 28-yard touchdown pass to WR Brandon Aiyuk, who finished with two catches for 50 yards.
The 49ers defense held the Seahawks offense to 220 total yards and registered a season-high 6.0 sacks on QB Geno Smith. DL Nick Bosa led the way with five tackles and 2.0 sacks of Smith, while DL Javon Hargrave tallied 1.5 sacks on the evening. S Tashaun Gipson Sr. registered his first sack of the season, and DL Arik Armstead split a sack of Smith twice, including one with DL Kevin Givens. CB Ambry Thomas registered his first interception of the season, and CB Charvarius Ward tallied a season-high three passes defensed.

- The NINERS and EAGLES clash in a rematch of the NFC title game. Teams that have lost their conference championship games have rebounded the following seasons to win five of the last 11 Super Bowls.
- The 49ers and Eagles own the NFC's top two conference winning percentages, a key tiebreaker in playoff seeding. Philadelphia is 6-0 in NFC games, while San Francisco is 6-1.
- Four teams have had 10 or more wins through their first 11 games following a Super Bowl loss: the 1972 MIAMI DOLPHINS (11-0), the 1975 MINNESOTA VIKINGS (10-1), the 1991 BUFFALO BILLS (10-1), and the 2023 PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (10-1).
