According to a report from Pro Football Talk, later confirmed by NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the X-rays conducted on wide receiver Deebo Samuel at Cleveland Browns Stadium didn't reveal any significant injuries to his shoulder, which is positive news for now.
Samuel will still undergo an MRI to determine the severity of the injury. NFL insider Jordan Schultz reports that the team believes Samuel "will be fine," and the injury is not considered serious.

The veteran receiver exited Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns in the first quarter. He later left the field for further evaluation and was ruled out at halftime.
San Francisco also lost another offensive playmaker, Christian McCaffrey, who was ruled out due to an oblique injury. The 49ers lost the Week 6 game 19-17, marking their first defeat of the season.
