The San Francisco 49ers have rolled through the first three weeks of the season, most recently defeating the New York Giants on Thursday Night Football this week to the tune of 30-12.

Last week, cornerback
Deommodore Lenoir was fined $5,618 for an unnecessary roughness penalty incurred from hit out of bounds against Steelers running back Najee Harris in the first half of Week 1.
This week, wide receiver
Jauan Jennings earned himself a fine for an unnecessary roughness penalty in Week 2 against the Los Angeles Rams, and it'll be much more expensive—$21,855.
Jennings was fined for the penalty that occurred at the 2:00 mark during the 4th quarter of the 49ers' win over the Rams, which was the lone San Francisco fine from Week 2.
There was one other fine from the game, as the NFL fined Rams safety Russ Yeast $4,940 for a helmet-to-helmet hit on 49ers wideout
Deebo Samuel, which wasn't called a penalty during the game.

49ers bring in familiar face for workout amidst roster injuries
The San Francisco 49ers are turning to a familiar face for a workout following injuries to two safeties, Talanoa Hufanga and George Odum. Hufanga suffered a torn ACL in Week 11, while Odum sustained a torn biceps on Thanksgiving.
According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, veteran defensive back Anthony Averett will work out for the 49ers on Monday. Averett briefly joined San Francisco's roster during training camp in August but was released with an injury settlement on August 17.

Christian McCaffrey rushed for 1,139 yards last season, marking his third time surpassing 1,000 yards in his NFL career. Of course, he accomplished this feat during his time with the Carolina Panthers and San Francisco 49ers.
Entering Week 13, McCaffrey led the league with 939 rushing yards, requiring only 61 more to secure his fourth career season surpassing the 1,000-yard mark. He achieved this milestone in the third quarter against the Philadelphia Eagles, becoming the first 49ers running back to reach 1,000 rushing yards since Frank Gore did so in 2014 with 1,106 rushing yards.
