San Francisco leads the all-time series 76-68-3 and holds a 38-34-1 record when visiting the Rams.

The 49ers are coming off a 44-23 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs at Levi's Stadium. RB Jeff Wilson Jr. tallied 54 yards on seven rushing attempts, and RB Christian McCaffrey registered 62 total scrimmage yards in his 49ers debut.

Defensively, CB Charvarius Ward tallied a team-high 10 tackles. S Talanoa Hufanga intercepted Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes to give him his team-high third on the season, and DL Nick Bosa sacked Mahomes once, earning his seventh sack this season. On special teams, K Robbie Gould hit all three of his field goal attempts and converted on each of his two extra-point attempts.
