Finally, there is some good news regarding the San Francisco 49ers defensive line. Pass rusher Nick Bosa missed practice at The Greenbrier in West Virginia on Wednesday and Thursday. He suffered a groin injury during Sunday's win over the Carolina Panthers.
Bosa was back on the practice field for Friday's lighter session, the last one before the team boards a plane bound for Atlanta. The Falcons will host the 49ers at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday.

Reporters can observe the early portions of practice but must leave before team drills begin. We'll learn how much Bosa practiced once the participation report is released. Head coach Kyle Shanahan will also reveal the game status reports on injured players after practice.
While Shanahan has already ruled out defensive linemen Arik Armstead and Javon Kinlaw, the head coach was still hopeful about Bosa's chances to get on the field this weekend.
"I'm still really hoping to get Bosa for Sunday," Shanahan said Thursday on KNBR. "He usually ends up being good, but he wasn't able to [practice] today (Thursday). Hopefully, he'll be good by tomorrow (Friday). Regardless, I just hope he's good by Sunday."
