The New York Giants are interviewing San Francisco 49ers executives Adam Peters and Ran Carthon on Monday, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Media.

Both Peters and Carthon have been with the 49ers since 2017. Peters joined general manager John Lynch's staff as the VP of player personnel and was promoted to assistant general manager on February 19, 2021. He spent eight years with the Denver Broncos before joining the 49ers.
Carthon is the team's director of player personnel. He was named to that role last year after serving as the team's director of pro personnel. Carthon directs the evaluation of players across professional leagues and the collegiate level. He previously worked with the St. Louis/Los Angeles Rams and the Atlanta Falcons.
Dave Gettleman retired from his role as the Giants general manager following the 2021 season.
