The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Wild Card playoff contest against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Kyle Shanahan spoke with reporters after practice and named just four players on his game-status report—three defenders and punter
Mitch Wishnowsky. Wishnowsky spent the week in the concussion protocol and linebacker
Azeez Al-Shaair has been inactive the last two games due to a knee injury. The others are linebacker Marcell Harris and rookie safety
Talanoa Hufanga.
Tackle
Trent Williams, who is dealing with an elbow injury, was not named and looks set to play on Sunday. There weren't any setbacks for quarterback
Jimmy Garoppolo (thumb) either.
Below are the official injury reports for the 49ers and Cowboys, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff. Also included are Friday's practice participation reports.

49ers' Trey Lance among QBs to join George Kittle, others at TEU in June
George Kittle, Greg Olsen, and Travis Kelce will once again hold Tight End University (TEU), an annual gathering of NFL tight ends who share their experiences and learn from each other. Last year's inaugural event hosted 49 tight ends. This year's gathering is expected to be even larger.
TEU will be held at Vanderbilt University from June 22-24, an upgrade from the high school facilities utilized in 2021.

49ers' Trey Lance finally healthy after injury-riddled rookie campaign, isn't concerned with outside criticism
It feels like everywhere you turn, there is someone reporting skepticism about San Francisco 49ers quarterback Trey Lance. On Tuesday, Lance and his teammates (most of them, at least) were back on the practice field for the second day of organized team activities. This time, reporters were allowed to watch.
Lance was among the players made available to the media after the on-field session. A reporter asked him about the reports of doubt from those on the outside looking in. The quarterback offered an honest response.
"In the most respectful way possible, it doesn't change how I feel about you guys as people, but it's not my job to care what you guys say," Lance told reporters. "Or anyone else on social media. For me, I care what the guys in the locker room think,
49ers OTAs: Kyle Shanahan provides several injury updates
Kyle Shanahan wasn't eager to share an injury report on Tuesday after the San Francisco 49ers concluded their second practice of organized team activities. He had a list of injuries in front of him in case anyone asked about specific players. However, the coach didn't unnecessarily volunteer any information because he doesn't have to right now.
That didn't stop reporters from asking about specific players based on their lack of participation during Tuesday's practice. Those questions led to Shanahan providing several updates.

Bleacher Report identifies 49ers' biggest remaining need
The San Francisco 49ers did what they could to address offseason needs. They signed Charvarius Ward and drafted two cornerbacks to bolster that position. In addition, they hope to have found a replacement for Dee Ford in second-round draft pick Drake Jackson. There remains uncertainty about who will be playing alongside Jimmie Ward at safety, but the team has options.
While the 49ers drafted two offensive linemen—Spencer Burford and Nick Zakelj—the interior of that line is among the team's most prominent question marks heading into the 2022 season. It will be tough to replace Laken Tomlinson, who is now with the New York Jets. Also, Tom Compton left for the Denver Broncos after just two seasons with the 49ers.
