49ers activate Mitch Wishnowsky off COVID list, announce other roster moves ahead of Texans game

Nzeocha and Robinson will revert back to the practice squad after Sunday's game.
Absent from the list of roster moves was the activation of running back
Trey Sermon, who remains on injured reserve due to an ankle injury. San Francisco opened Sermon's practice window on December 21, 2020. This week, head coach Kyle Shanahan gave the impression that Sermon would be available on Sunday.
"Trey's good to go," Shanahan said on Wednesday. "We got to see him last week, even though we didn't get to practice that much. He would've been able to go last week. We didn't go with that, more of a special teams decision, but I know Trey Sermon should be good to go this week and I'm hoping Elijah [Mitchell] will."
San Francisco enters Week 17 with an 8-7 record, while Houston is 4-11. Kickoff between the two teams is scheduled for 1:05 p.m. PT from Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The 49ers are currently a 12.5-point favorite.
The two teams will announce their inactive players 90 minutes ahead of kickoff.
The NFL fined Tennessee Titans running back D'Onta Foreman $5,111 for unnecessary roughness against 49ers safety
Jimmie Ward in Week 16. Titans defensive lineman Denico Autry was not fined for the hit on
Jimmy Garoppolo, resulting in the 49ers quarterback's injured right thumb.

49ers announce jersey numbers of entire draft class, including No. 74
Last week, we found out what numbers many of the San Francisco 49ers rookies would be wearing during the team's three-day rookie minicamp. Those numbers will be sticking around through at least the rest of the offseason program. Obviously, they are subject to change after roster cuts ahead of Week 1.
Matt Barrows of The Athletic tweeted out several rookie jersey numbers, including select undrafted free agents. Missing from his tweet, however, was the number of the 49ers' fifth-round draft pick, cornerback Samuel Womack. The team announced that he will wear No. 26, last worn by cornerback Josh Norman.

The San Francisco 49ers begin their rookie minicamp on Friday afternoon, giving fans and media their first look at the nine rookies the team drafted, as well as the undrafted free agents the team signed or invited to camp.
One player that likely will not participate in team drills is sixth-round defensive tackle Kalia Davis, who is recovering from a torn ACL he suffered last fall, which likely played a role in his falling draft stock.
Davis has had an intriguing journey, playing linebacker during his freshman season before transitioning to the defensive line, which he attributed to his bigger size.
"Well really, I moved from linebacker to D-lineman because my body was changing," Davis said. "I [gained] a little too much weight. The biggest part about
