Could the San Francisco 49ers have another trade up their sleeves on the second day of the 2020 NFL Draft? Julie Donaldson of NBC Sports Washington is reporting possible movement from the Washington Redskins.
Sources tell me an NFC team has been interested Trent Williams, it is believed to be 49ers. Makes sense. Kyle Shanahan was w/ the Redskins when Trent was drafted, Joe Staley is 35, want to win now. No deal has been made. Also, does not appear MINN has any interest at this time.

As noted, 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan was with Washington when tackle Trent Williams was drafted in 2010. There were other reports that the Minnesota Vikings are also in conversation with Washington for Williams.
Williams, 31, is a seven-time Pro Bowl selection. Washington made him the No. 4 overall selection in 2010 after playing college football at Oklahoma. Williams has 120 game appearances and 119 starts through his nine NFL seasons.
