San Francisco 49ers fullback
Kyle Juszczyk showed off
his offseason workout routine in the snow this week. The coronavirus pandemic
hasn't stopped cornerback Richard Sherman from staying in football shape.
Players are unable to make use of team facilities, so everyone has been getting creative while trying to observe social distancing.
Ross Dwelley is doing the same.
The 49ers tight end showed off some of his custom workout techniques via Instagram, as shown below by our friends over at @TheSFNiners.
Dwelley 25, was
among five 49ers exclusive-rights free agents tendered one-year contracts on March 5. The team
announced this week that the tight end signed the contract, assuring his return for the 2020 season.
Dwelley is entering his third NFL season. The 49ers signed the tight end as an undrafted free agent out of San Diego in 2018. He registered 15 receptions for 91 yards with two touchdowns through 16 games and six starts with the 49ers in 2019.
Dwelley has caught 17 passes for 105 yards with two touchdowns in his two NFL seasons.

49ers see impending mega-deal for Brock Purdy as a 'good problem'
The San Francisco 49ers are actively working to sign wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk to a contract extension, aiming to maintain their talented young core of players. The team has reached agreements with star players during each of the last four offseasons, securing George Kittle in 2020, Fred Warner in 2021, Deebo Samuel in 2022, and Nick Bosa in 2023.
Another key contributor poised for a new deal next offseason is quarterback Brock Purdy. Over the last couple of years, the 49ers have been in the unique position of not having to pay much money (relatively) to stock their quarterback room while reaping the benefits of superb play from their starting signal-caller.

49ers hold private workout for former Ohio State DB Amir Riep ahead of draft
Former Ohio State cornerback Amir Riep played at Lincoln University in Oakland, California, last season. His last season with the Buckeyes was in 2019. While he was dismissed from the program after being charged with rape, the defender was ultimately found not guilty. Now, he aims to prove he can play in the NFL.
Justin Melo of The Draft Network reports that the San Francisco 49ers recently flew Riep out for a private in-person
Details emerge on 49ers' 1-year deals with Jon Feliciano and Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles
Offensive lineman Jon Feliciano and linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles recently re-signed with the San Francisco 49ers on one-year deals. OverTheCap.com has revealed the contract information for both deals.
Feliciano signed a contract that includes the minimum base salary for a player with eight accrued seasons of experience—$1.21 million. Flannigan-Fowles' base salary is slightly higher, at about $1.77 million. Feliciano is scheduled to count about $2.28 million against the 2024 salary cap, while Flannigan-Fowles is slated to consume almost $1.3 million. The linebacker's reduced impact is due to the 49ers using a portion of up to $1.45 million of salary that won't count against the salary cap for veteran players.
The 49ers are paying Feliciano a
New Netflix show "Receiver" will feature 49ers' Deebo Samuel and George Kittle
After the success of "Quarterback," the NFL has announced a new series on Netflix called "Receiver." This series will follow a similar format but focus on those who haul in passes. San Francisco 49ers fans will be delighted to learn that two popular team players, wide receiver Deebo Samuel and tight end George Kittle, will be among those featured in the upcoming show.
The two 49ers stars are among the most charismatic individuals on the roster, so it's easy to see why they were chosen for the series. The other stars of the show will be Davante Adams of the Las Vegas Raiders, Justin Jefferson of the Minnesota Vikings, and Amon-Ra St. Brown of the Detroit
